beef sausages

hi,
Does anyone have any good recipes for beef sausages,a junior member of our clan "hates " burgers.

Yep, take a burger and roll it till it looks like a sausage :D

Keep it simple, salt pepper and 10% breadcrumbs

they go grey and look awful if you dont eat them quickly buts that no preservatives for you
start with 10g of salt per kg of finished product and see if that works.

weschenfelder scottish beef seasoning is very good, bright pink but wrks well and will beat any other bought in seasoning in our taste tests. you need to add your own rusk
