Google the following names for websites that do showing "stuff"
Peasridge, Farmrite, Showtime.
Showtime do some good leather dairy halters@£34.00+VAT, the smallest calf halter will fit a dexter heifer up to 12-18 months, the next size up will adjust and should do adults.
Use cotton halters that fit nice, getting a small size is not easy, 8mm or 10mm max. Trouble is the top link/rope across the top of the nose can be too long and the whole halter can ride up into the eyes of the dexter, then you tend to loose control of the animal.
Get some shampoo, general, and some champion shine to put on just before going into the ring, along with hoof oil ( horsey stuff). A Dandy brush, general brush, steel combs, lots more
Maybe someone else can help out.
All the best
Mark
