Hi all
Again Dexter Beef will be forefront on the Great British Menu programme to be broadcast at the end of February-March 2009. The Chef will be Danny Miller from Balloo House. Balloo. Co Down. The Beef will be supplied by Crossgar Meats who we (The Northern Ireland Producer Group)supply with pure bred, grass fed Dexters.

Well done, yet more publicity for the Dexter!.
I was meant to be providing beef for a programme "Taste the Nation" which is coming out in the summer but being shot now. However, unfortunately the contestants were not allowed to use meat of their choice in the first rounds, but what the programme provided. If North Yorks team does well, there is still a chance this could happen in future rounds.
