Unless you can pick up a used copy you would probably have to buy from the states as this is where the last 2 print runs have been. It was 1st published in 1954 and is a nice little book to have if you are intrested in dexter keeping of past times. I have the 4th reprint but I can't remember how much I pd for it as I brought it from the states.
