Press release from the RASE says they are taking entries for the Royal show up to and including 13th May. Bluetongue restrictions being the main reason, they are trying to give exhibitors as long as possible to enter. Reunds will be given if entrants find themselves unable to attend due to future bluetongue restrictions.
