I thought I was over registration problems now that the herd is (all but one) registered but I don't know if I have a problem or not.

I am initially birth notifying males and I did the first two on line but because it is not necessary to pay for this I don't know if I did it right.

I'm sure it said the details were sent electronically to the office but this time I had 3 more males and a female (who will be registered) and I found what I think are the other 2 still in the shopping basket with 0 to pay. I went through the whole buying procedure this time because I knew I had to pay for the female's registration. But can someone tell me if you have to do this even if there is nothing to pay. I am worried about the first 2 because one is a potential bull which will be registered if things go to plan and it will be ****** ironic if my first attempt at keeping everything birth notified/registered is screwed up. Help!!

Hi Sylvia

Have you rec'd a paperwork from the DCS office listing the first two males? If not, it may be that your registration has not reached the office. It may be worth giving them a ring, just to check.

Good luck.

Thanks Alison, no I haven't received anything on paper but I didn't think if it was a birth notification that anything was sent out.

Sorted. I doubt if anyone else is as daft as me but just in case. Even if you are birth notifying only (which is free) you still have to go right through the shopping basket procedure and clear it. But my 2 earlier efforts did reach the office thank goodness.
