Getting your Bulletin in USA

Hi all,
somebody mentioned your Bulletin in another post and I was wondering is it possible to just purchase your bulletin and have it sent out here to the USA, and who would I contact to organise this?

If you joined the DCS as an overseas member i think you get 3 bulletins a year as part of the package.
