I am trying to access AI straws from a quality short black bull who carries the red gene ( ideally I would like a red short but am told there are none at AI). All suggestions welcome.

Just curious, are you looking for a red bull that has truly short genetics without dwarfism? or are you looking for a red bull that carries the chondrodysplasia gene that may or may not have truly short genetics and if not, could throw rather large calves 50% of the time when not passing his single chondro gene?
