The new online pedigree information is really useful. I wonder if someone could tell me what "other" stands for when you go back a long way on pedigrees. It seems to be where one normally has the colour.

Could anyone please enlighten me?

Yes, it is the colour or lack of it. Originally the colour was not stated in the Herd books, so the old records don’t carry that information.

Do you mean the American or Canadian on-line pedigrees? Or is there a UK one now as well, that I haven't caught up with yet?
