Hi Does anyone know who you need to contact to get a license to burn hedgecuttings and spread manure, I have trawled the usual sites but don't seem to be able to find the right forms

I thought anything burning with white smoke was allowed and as for manure spreading cross compliance requires you to make a note of what you put on, how much and where you put it in the relevant booklet. I didn't think licenses were involved. Oh well, I wonder if I'll have access to the internet in prison :p
