If anyone have a steer going for the chop this back end, I have a customer looking for a half animal unbutchered. It must have a layer of fat on the back, little or none & he is not interested. He is in the Midlands, but will to travel a reasonable distance, Yorkshire (or equivalent distance) is no problem. If anyone has anything suitable, let me know & I shall pass on details.
