Do we have a new secretary yet?

Hi Just wondered if we know who our new secretary will be and do we still keep posting our registrations to the current address.

We should still send correspondence to the same address. As far as I know interviews have been had and matters are in hand but no announcement yet.

Best wishes to our outgoing secretary, a lovely lady and she will be missed by many of us.

We seem to go through quite a few secretaries as the years go by, maybe we as members should all concentrate on making matters as easy as we can for our office staff who really have a very difficult and complicated job.

I would have thought a few lines on this site would have been merited,as it would have kept 200/300 members informed instead of waiting for the next bulletin or a posted circular.

I don't think they have even had time to discuss it all as a council yet, these things do take time to be fair. But it would be nice to think we would be able to post something as soon as any decision is public.
