Dexter breeders in Holland, Spain, Switzerland etc

Hello All

I am asking for any information on breeders of pedigree Dexters, who are live in a country close to the border with France.

I am looking to start a foundation herd and am having difficulty finding cows in France. it would make life a lot easier if the breeders also spoke English.
