It is with great sadness that Council regret to announce that our dear President, Heather, passed away peacefully on thursday afternoon. We are sure that all the membership would wish to join with Council in sending their condolences to Chris and his family. In losing Heather the Society has lost a very generous and spirited lady, we will miss her warm smile and lovely manner.

I would like to add my condolences to both Heather's family and to the Dexter Society, we have lost a very brave and dedicated friend and leader.
It seems such a short while ago that she presented the cups at the Wessex Show, one thought with such optimism for her year as President. Fiona
