Ted Neal's letter to group secretaries has now been posted on Facebook

Just to let you all know Ted Neal sent individual apologies directly to the home addresses of all council members on 06/10/18 even though he had been instructed by the DCS/British Blue solicitor, [Roythornes Ltd., Phil Cookson] to communicate through him only.

He was instructed not to contact any council member directly!!

Ted asked the DCS solicitor in what form and to whom he was to send letters to but got no response.

Ted Neal did not engage Roythornes , the DCS instructed them.

There was never any suggestion that Ted should be held responsible for any costs.

Having heard the supposed defence yesterday, it begged more questions than it answered. In particular, why did Ted embark on this campaign of vilification in the first instance? One area group secretary said in private that the emails received were so toxic that she had to classify all emails from Ted as spam to avoid reading them. There was no apology proffered for the distress caused to regional group secretaries by such communications.
