The thing that struck me was how few votes had been cast from the membership not present in person at the AGM. Not a quorum of the entire paid up membership. To me, this suggests that more needs to be done to integrate those with only a few cattle and no showing ambition into the wider activities of DCS. Otherwise it looks like an electorate disengaged with a perceived elite. Can't think where else we've seen that in recent politics.
