Yes, thanks for asking Rob. There were two of them on the case, they were with me for a couple of hours but I managed a 5 which is just as well as in Wales it is compulsory to display the sticker in a place that your customers will see it. Doing the Lampeter Food Festival tomorrow so the pressure was on to get a good score. The other half has been told to collect it from the council offices as I can't do the event without it unless I want a £200 on the spot fine!

Back to the cutting room..........

Blimey Jac...that sounds all way too much pressure and lots of jobs for the boys and girls! :cry:
