Exporting Dexter Semen

I would like some help please in exporting semen to France - I have had some good advice and help from UK Sire Services but they only have semen from a few bulls available for export. I have contacted Genus as well who have been very unhelpful and basically told me I needed to contact breeders direct to find out any information. Does anyone else have any advice or experience with this ? Thanks
