I worm at housing but I also worm when I buy in which I think is more important but as I always keep my new ones isolated and indoors this isn't a problem.

We used to worm routinely but have instead done FEC's for about the past 6 years. The result is that I've still got the wormers from 6 years ago! We have never had worms in that period, inside or out, and even when the cattle have been runny it's turned out not to be worms, probably the fodder. However, we have had lungworm for the past couple of years and have treated for that in certain groups, but that's all.
