Look what I found this morning!

Hi all take a look at my new baby! Having checked night after night for a calf I finally flagged last night and went to bed. Can you believe it the one night I gave in to sleep my second calf was born. Mum Lizzie ( nick named mad cow) is a Knivers Meadow Iris purchased last year. I hired Phillipa's bull Frazzle and was not certain she had caught. When I found the calf this morning she/he was dry and walking around with mum. Unfotunately I can not get near to check the sex of the calf as Lizzie is quite aggressive so I am being very careful around her. Sooooooooooooooooooooo pleased :D :D :D

She is so lovely, I think it looks like a she but... I've been know to be wrong on these things, just ask the neutered tom taken for desexing with a belly full of kittens, not. :D
