This is our little dun cow Woodmagic Pigeon with her new bull calf, she is a doting Mum!

It is her first calf in over 2 years as her previous owner had difficulty finding a bull for her, so she isn't letting him out of her sight.

You've got some really cracking stock Stephanie. Has that little calf got the amazing depth of body like the last one you posted which I thought was quite exceptional? I've had just one like it and kept him as a bull. He's now 2 and he's grown small and chunky (non-short) and my best bull so far. He has a lot of Woodmagic in him.

Thanks for the lovely compliment Clive - you really cheered me up!

Its hard to tell if he is quite as deep bodied as the heifer calf I had by the same bull but he is a chunky little thing.

I am bringing him and Mum in at night and putting him on a halter to do it, so Chris took these pics, doesn't the tag look big.
