Beryl Rutherford's Book - Available in UK about 20th May

I can now say that a reprint of the book is on its way, though exact costs are not yet known - it has to be shipped from Australia, funds have to be transferred, and I will need to re-calculate post and packing costs. It does not seem over 3 years since it first came out, but there we are.

Please do not inundate me with orders yet, I will post when it is available.

What fantastic news!

Well done Beryl its a brilliant book, I often pick it up and read a bit, or all of it again, so does Chris, it is good that it will be available for newcomers now and also well done to those who took on the work of getting it reprinted and to you Duncan for distributing!!!

Hello Simon,

more books are in transit from the printer in Australia, I do the distribution in UK as a non profitmaking exercise and cannot say till the deal is all done and paid for inluding carriage etc what the price for this lot will be. It all depends on the exchange rates, bank charges etc so I cannot give a price till all that is done. It is likely to be a bit more than it was.

I will post on here and probably have a notice in the Bulletin as soon as I can.

I am pleased to say that Beryl Rutherford's book "My Love Affair With The Dexter" is again available, having been reprinted in Australia and arrived here in the first week of December 2008. I have had to recalculate the cost, and hope I have got my arithmetic correct. It will now cost £14 including post an packing, a slight increase since the original release in 2005.

Payment should be sent with orders please, cheques made payable to Duncan MacIntyre.

In order to ensure as wide distribution as possible orders will be restricted to a maximum of 2 books.

It may speed delivery if orders are sent direct to my office

Just wanted to say I bought this book for my brother as a christmas present. Thank you Duncan for sending it to me. It has been a big hit!
