Did anyone hear Pam Ayres on Woman's Hour? - a friend of Mary said she was fulsome in the praise of Dexters and their meat.
I could not find her in the members section of the herd book but could she be someone to endorse our Breed or even be our first Honorary President??

I think we would be better to decide on the principle first before we start naming possibles. If we go down the road of saying "lets have Pam Ayres as President" too far before we really look at whether or not having a celebrity rather than someone well known and respected in the Dexter world it then becomes a bit difficult to decide that in the long term having a celebrity for President may not always be a good idea, and might end up with Pam Ayres feeling offended by the discussion. I am not in any way against Pam, just think this may not be the best order to do things.

I was pleased to accidentaly catch the broadcast on the Satuirday morning slot, between 9-10 oclock, of one of my favorite broadcasters, togethr with her Dexters who were not to be left out, vocal as only Dexters can be. I am not entering into any argument abut the possibility of her becoming President, but she provided a very good advertisemnt for anyone wanting to keep Dexters, and obviously is as sold on them as the rest of us
