I am thinking of selling, amongst others, a pregnant cow. and would need to deliver her about 30 miles in my livestock trailer. She is due to calf in 4 weeks. Mrs T says "it's too late, Youll have to wait" What does the team think?
Thanks in advance for your advice.
Jim :-)

Hi Jim

new regulations that came into force in Jan 2007 state that an incalf cow or heifer must not be moved if it is over 90% of its gestation period and calves can not be moved before they are 10 days old
check the below link for more information
