Went to the show yesterday and surprise, surprise managed to get a 2nd and third with our heifers.It was only our second show so we're delighted.
The sun shone and we met some very nice people...a great day out. Ros.

I brought the heifers in yesterday and bought the device.I will keep them in for a few days and do some halter training!!The cow was bellowing yesterday and her udder is huge today.Is this alright since she is not due for 2 weeks?Ros

Can anyone help?We have a registered holding and are building up our herd of dexters.
Is it possible for us to become VAT registered and thus avoid paying VAT on a new cattle trailer etc we hope to buy in the near future.Would be grateful for any advice on this, Ros

Thanks for the number-I have ordered 4 halters today from Creature Comforts and a calf size halter from Peasridge[to try for size].I will let you know how we get on -if I can get them on the calves!!Ros
