???Hi Sylvia I have had a house cow that was in calf at 4 months old and she was put in with bull at 15 months and produced a calf 3 weeks later, she was served when her mother was put back to the bull and so it quite possible that your heifer is in calf so good luck with the birth it will go well ...

Hi Everyone Well a few years ago i had trouble with a heifer with warts lots of people told me to get them cut of, but not a good look on her face, so I resorted to the Pat Colbey book and fed her dolimite in her feed every day for two weeks and they went and never had a problem since Leanne George...

Hi Syliva.
In Australia all our Dexters are DNA and Parent Verified before registration this gives you guide to who came from where and some times colour genes and poll genes you can look up the herd book and ring the owner of bulls or cows for advice it is really usefull
