Hi Saffy, We had terrible warts on our young stock last year for the first time, also ring worm. this year ther are no signs at all and we did not vaccinate for this problem. We did vaccinate for Blue tounge in October 2008 but not vaccinate in 2009, I do wonder if there is any link to this problem...

Hi I am in the same position as you and have my third tb test this friday, just got all the animals in to one field to get ready, not looking forward to it as they are a bit flighty going through the crush.

I am looking for advise please as I am new to dexter breeding, I have four new calves born March/April this year all black, now there coats seem to be changing colour to brown, also some of the older ones seem to be changing aswell. Hi Catherine, like you we had the same idea.about 4 months ago we bought some dexters for the first time,in my ignorance i did not realise you have to apply to defra for a holding number and a herd number for the cattle passports, it's not to difficult to apply for but a lot of paper work to read &...
