All these changes are bad for the society i have not registered any heifers this year and not bothering to get birth notify for the boys .Always done herd returns but if that going to end up with a bill wont be bothering with that.I belong to the Sussex cattle society and i do not get these silly ch...

we have been feeding hay for a week it stops them eating acorns which are large in numbers this year and are causing lots of problems for all stock around here

can someone tell me how all these arguments are going to help the dexter members .Local clubs used to be friendly get together sharing problems and getting advice and a good day was had by all. Now i see hardly anyone goes to them the average age of a person keeping dexters seems to be getting older...

Ask local pubs if they have been offered any beef recently my husband saw signs of a sheep being gutted and skinned but no carcass .
